I received a bill from this company stating that i owe them money. But there is no bally fitness around where I live. They have my information from somewhere and now i have been receiving bills that i have no knowledge about. I don't even go to any gym.

Experience with Bally Hand Grip Exerciser

Bought a Adjustable Grip Exerciser from Google in June of 2019. Had a 2nd one that I was using and spring broke. So, I used the 2nd newer unit. After 1 usage and maybe 25 squeezes, it broke the spring at about the same place. These hand "Grip Exercisers" are complete junk!!!! Of course it was made in China!

Well I lost 200 dollars I dropped out of school at 17 and I'm 23 and wanted to get my diploma I just found out today it's a scam I was 2 subjects from being done and excited to go to college and now I have to do it all over I'm so mad I cried yea I can get my 200 back but what about the time and effort I out into it what about the time I took from work and my kids to get a diploma that's fake...who's going to pay for that yea stradford is I think they should pay everyone 250 thousand plus the money they spent that will make up for time wasted

Don't waste your time or money

have been a member of bally's for over 20yrs..joined in 6/93 via corp mbrship when it was a vertical club....3 yrs in and it became a bally sports club..shortly it went totally downhill...predominate clientele become hispanic....bally's had built a well branded name and had two distinct type gyms...a bally's sport and reg bally's..over the years they totally lost there way and every few yrs wld file for bankruptcy and get smaller n smaller...ft fwd to 2016 and they have all of three locations remaing....in 10/2014 ownership changed and they advised me that the rates were subject to increase...so i purchased a 2 yrs deal for $500....place has continued to deteriorate and i give the current location all of a few more weeks..at this point it really does not matter because i am currently shopping new gyms and will be done within the nxt few weeks..

Terrible, terrible gym! Please I urge you not to join this place because although it may seem like a great place to work out, these people are so deceiving. They'll tell you one thing, and do another. I tried canceling my membership with this company and their district manager gave me the okay on it, but a week later they continue charging me. I had to put a stop-payment against this company multiple times because they would change their names on the transactions. If you do decide to go, only go for a trial. But what ever you do, NEVER ever hand them your credit card or bank information!

My husband and I have been Life time members for at least 25 years with a $30 a year membership dues. How do I find out why has happens to my membership. They last collected our membership dues in Oct 2014. They have not sent a bill since.

I was a member of Lifestyles when Red Fitness took over they closed the gym building 3 times, never telling anyone. I have a 3 yr contract they still took payment in August when they closed.

Bally Fitness charged my credit card without my permission- I cancelled membership YEARS ago (>7, and have not been in the gym for 7 years as well!!!) and suddenly saw a charge $192.60 that was posted a few months ago. I don't check my credit card statements every month, its paid automatically, and unfortunately its too late to dispute with the credit card. I called my card to block Bally Total Fitness merchant. I tried to call corporate center to Bally Fitness to ask why they charged my card, but its a total waste of time- cannot get anyone to talk to. I cannot believe that they were allowed to operate for so many years.

I was walking by and some fat girl called me over and told me she would give me a free month if i toured the gym with her, i toured the gym we sat down and she told me to sign this contract...let me just say again she is easily 350lbs working as a trainer at bally total fitness in crossgates mall, she told me that i needed to Get more toned, anyways i didnt sign it and she and the manager called me a wimp as i walked out. Disgusting place...i also found drugs in the bathroom
