Well, i decided to get a membership with BAlly's at Fleming Island , Florida, which is in Orange Park. Just had the membership for one month, went to work out on August 1, and the gym is in pre-sale, no gym, no membership, my money is gone! What am I suppose to do with this mess!!! God Bless America!!!!But I went to the gym the day before and paid for a trainer and he made an appointment for the next day and what happenedthe next day a white paper in the window and the trainers outside looking in upset

Ballys at Baymeadows in Jax, FL is now closed also!! White sign in the window today!!! What the ***?! I called Corporate... they also know nothing about it because it is Franchise owned.

I'm asking everyone to contact Ken Amaro at I'm telling Ken. I want this theif and Ballys corporate theifs to have to answer for the hundreds of people left out on the street with our pockets picked clean.

BALLYS FITNESS are conmen! They continue to charge our credit cards for August even though the fleming island branch is closed. Kevin posted a sign saying they will not charge Fleming Island members since they closed down overnight. Head Office knows nothing about this. They are thieves. DO NOT EVER JOIN BALLYS..ANYWHERE!

Hey, I had a membership for two months so I feel your pain. As of now the ower Kevin Craig is trying to get either the YMCA or Achieve Fitness to buy our contracts. Get this, he was still signing people up 2 days before he closed, and even when I signed up 2 months ago he knew THEN that he was going under......they promised me a new gym right down the road they said it was being built. Well according to the owner of Achieve fitness he NEVER even owned that. This guy is a total fraud and took our money to save his ***.
