I have had two Bally Fitness Memberships for 2 years.I regret renewing the memberships.
I must have spent almost 48 hours on the phone waiting for customer service in the duration. The wait time is never less than 30 minutes. The agents follow a script and are profusely apologetic, but lack any script that leads them to resolve customer complaints.
No bills or notifications - just charges one after the other on the credit card.I hate the experience so thoroughly that I will not renew a Bally's Membership even if I get a free year!
PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
